Lifting

Hello everyone!

I am in such a great mood today! Know why? Because I started lifting today! Before I was only doing a little bit of weight training with my 15lb sandbag but today I actually did hardcore lifting and my arms are so dead right now but it feels so good! I think I’m really going to like lifting. I think it was time for a change in my workouts anyway! I will be lifting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and then doing my normal workouts Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Sunday is a rest day. Everyday I will also be doing core and 100 push-ups and 50 pull-ups (throughout the day).

I’m very excited!! I’m doing this for a month and we’ll see how I feel/look then! I’ll post my workout from today and tomorrow’s workout tomorrow!
