Cape Cod!


Today marks the start of my week long vacation and I am very excited! I get to spend a couple days visiting my family on Cape Cod and I can’t wait to run down by the water (even though its going to be really cold!)

Today, I ran 4 miles and I felt pretty good. For almost a mile o my run I ran through snow and it is way more difficult than I thought it was. It’s really hard to keep you balance and it’s hard to not slip on the parts that are icy!

So, I have decided not to continue with the 30 Day Shred… For now. I think I will eventually complete the whole thing but right now it’s not what I want. I only did it for 4 days and it was already starting to get tedious and a little boring. Don’t get me wrong, the workout was great and after the first day I felt it a little in my shoulders but I really like coming up with my own workouts. And with coming up with my own workouts I get variety. For 10 days I would have had to do the same workout and I just couldn’t do it. I think I’ll eventually do the whole thing just not right now.
